I signed up for Verizon 5G plus Wireless internet in October 2023and was told that I would receive an email where I was able to get a free HomePod. I have not received any email or seen anything on my app saying that I will receive it. Please reach out to me with the process on how to do this. The only reason I chose Verizon internet over other cheaper but equal service options was for this $300 value “gift”.
this is my 4th attempt at Verizon providing what they agreed upon. Their chat option is useless. Go with a different provider, trust me. They used to be good 15 years ago but are clearly treating their customers poorly today. Terrible!

I did not see any offer in that account. Did Verizon give me an offer? Why are you asking me when you should be able to see what I’ve been offered since you are customer service and all this is on my file? This is the reason your chat function is terrible. It’s designed to upset the customer by asking them a million questions that Verizon does and should already have.
