I got sent overseas on military orders and had to cancel my 5g home internet. I was told they could only send the return kit to the service address, but the house is already sold and I’m in Japan. Haven’t been able to find anyone that has a clue how I’m supposed to return this box. Customer service has been less than useless. Convinced I’ve only been chatting with sub-par AI because the conversations have been so ridiculous
