Wi-Fi Health Check not working

I'm on the 5G Home Plus plan and every time I try to run the Verizon app's Wi-Fi Health Check it says "Looks like something went wrong"  I have yet to get this to work.  Has this feature been disabled  or is there a special setting to get it to work?  I've tried on both my ipad and iphone

Also there was something wrong with my setup which Verizon support was able to fix.  I now see this feature.

The service itself is fine, but I'm just curious which spots are stronger and how the signal degrades the further I get from the router.
