I started a 5g internet plan in January, at the time, I was offered a "free" tablet for subscribing. I made each payment, on time, and in full. 8 months later, and I still have not received anything, not even an excuse why they will not honor their agreement. I have went to the store, I have called, I have chatted, I have emailed, I have threaten do discontinue my service,(which I will do), What will it take !!!!!!what?! I want to know why they are not sending it. This will be my last month of service.
