HI all,
I have access to unlimited Verizon Cloud space as a part of my 5G package so I figured I'd take advantage of it and do away with my other cloud backup accounts (Dropbox and Google One, 100 GB storage).
However I find the Windows backup application essentially unusable. I cannot login to the application/cloud consistently - the app wants my Verizon wireless number (which I have a number but no Verizon mobile device) and sometimes I cannot login at all. I get caught in a login using username - I have one - then login using mobile number endless loop. Agggggghhhh!
Should I just chalk this up to you get what you pay for (free) or is there something I'm missing in terms of accessing the cloud properly. I don't want to backup my phone (my iCloud is good enough for that)

MeCSalazar, thank you for providing all those details. As we still need some more info we'll be sending a Private Note.
