Modem is on firmware 3.2.0.
Network connectivity works fine when firewall is behind NAT, but the moment I enable IP passthrough internet access completely breaks.
No amount of power cycling, or reconnecting changes the behavior. All cables are known good and have been thoroughly tested. Seems like this is a common problem, is there any solution? Or any information about what is being sent by Verizon employees in private notes?
I just want IP passthrough to work. Otherwise, I might as well just cancel the service.

hi,
My IP passthrough works fine when I connect my Asus router to the modem. Everything in my house is through my Asus router. However, the issue I have is with the blink camera. For some reason, it will send motion detection notifications but it won't record clips.
You can see my separate post regarding this issue if you search on Username. As of now, the workaround is for me to not enable IP passthrough and just turn off Verizon WIFI. It works but now I have a double NAT issue, though it hasn't impacted performance yet and I am not doing port forwarding.
Just curious, what is your setup? What router are you connecting to the Verizon cube? Did you connect it to port 2 instead of port 1? And if you directly connect your computer to port 2, bypassing the router, do you get any internet access?
