Hello, I have an ARC XCI55AX 5G Home internet router that is stuck on old firmware/software and is will not upgrade. I have been trying to get it to upgrade for a few months now with factory resets, reboots, letting it sit for days on end so I can use IP passthrough and just have the latest updates. Looked today on the Verizon website to see that mine if 4 or 5 updates behind everyone else. Has anyone else had this problem or have any recommendations. Thanks
Hello, cgibby82, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with updating your router. What happens when you try to update the software? Are you seeing any errors?
