So 4 times calling Victra Customer Care, 3 chat sessions with Verizon and HOURS of time attempting to talk to anyone that won't just kick the can 2 weeks down the road, I still haven't gotten what was promised. This has been a truly abysmal experience and I'm trying to figure out what I should do next. I only moved over from T-Mobile because I needed the home internet as a solution, but I'm beginning to think that was a mistake.
