I was able to redeem the Amazon gift card without issue (so far), but the xbox promotion redemption just leads to a 'We're sorry. There was an error when adding this.... to your Verizon account.' I've tried on my phone and browser, straight from the redemption email itself... nothing.
45 minutes on the phone with customer support, nothing was resolved and I couldn't even get any answers as to why.
Seems to be a common issue.
So far, pretty disappointed in Verizon on this one. Please help.
