Has anyone actually received the promotions offered from Verizon Home Internet? I have yet to receive any of the promised promotions after signing up for Verizon 5G home internet back in December. I have reached out numerous times only to be told I will receive an email that never comes. Support sends private messages but they are no help in fixing the problem. Iโm curious if anyone at all has received the Xbox Series X or there $200 Amazon gift card. Someone help!

TjStankavich, we are concerned to read that you have not received any assistance with your promotion concerns. Can you share with us, were you able to complete the redemption process for the offer/offers that you are anticipating? If so, how long ago was that process completed so that we can take a closer look?

@vzw_customer_support I have not even received the promotional offers yet via email or via the tile on the website. I donโt have the tile to redeem the gift card or Xbox and I have not received any emails. I have received numerous private messages and should have multiple notes on my account. It is very frustrating and exhausting. This should be easy to redeem especially when youโre offering these promotions to new customers that are leaving there old providers.

1. Sign in to My Verizon (make sure you do this on the website not the app).
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: You will be taken to an interstitial page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4. Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: You are directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5. Follow instructions to complete the order.
Note: You must verify email address
**Upon redemption, you will receive the Amazon.com Gift Card within 24-48 hours. Tracking is available here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/

I have had the same issue. I have been given these instructions multiple times--but these instructions assume the tile appears under 'make the most of your plans' and it never does. Next, I hear about escalations and 24-72 hours, or 14-15 business days. Next I hear I made a mistake, that I either could have the xbox or the gift card.....clearly the trending tags on this forum along with a basic google search reveal that the promo was the Xbox Series X AND either an Echo Show or $200 GC.....and that is where I am currently stuck as the poor customer service rep cannot find the promo, even though it can be googled and revealed through these threads and different media outlets. I have been a loyal customer for years, and this is the first issue.

I signed up for the Verizon 5G Home Internet Gateway ($60.00 per month, currently averaging 100 mbps download speed and 10 mbps upload speed) in mid-December 2023, and the only promotional offer that I qualified for was a $50.00 Amazon gift card (ecard). I had no trouble redeeming the offer and I was able to apply that amount to my Amazon account within two weeks wait time for the confirmation info.

I switch internet providers thinking i was getting an Xbox. Itโs been almost 3 months and nothing. Can someone please help me. Iโll take the new promo switch too. I donโt care at this point.

Iโve been waiting 4 months already. Still waiting for my Xbox x. I will be canceling my internet. In 2 months. What a waste of time and money. Never again coming back

I received my Xbox and I got upgraded to the better one because they were out of the the ones in the offer within a week of redeeming it and then I got my $200 Amazon it took me a while because it kept not going to the website but it finally did and I got it maybe 2 weeks after signing up for the rise in 5G internet. I do know you had to get the $80 plan for those redemptions but I did read you had to sign up for it by February. Could you have waited too long and miss the cutoff??

No I signed up at the end of December, So I was well within the time deadline. I also got an email that contained all the information for the both the offers I qualified for .

- Same problem!!! I have called multiple times only to be lied to and CS reps telling me it will ship โnext weekโ next weeks has been over the last 12 weeks. Been hung up on by CS, told by 7 different reps it is coming and then today a โSupervisor โ told me this promotion NEVER existed!! Not impressed at all by the level of service and honoring their own offers and advertising!
