I have tried for months and months to get the $200 dollar amazon gift card for the promotion i did. In July my internet stopped working and they gave me a new verizon internet gateway ark, and told me if i wanted the $200 i would lose it if i cancelled the internet. I did not cancel and after repeated attempts to get it and the agents promising I would, I never did and I cancelled. I waited for the box to return it and it was sent twice but never came so verizon told me to return to the store. I returned it and they said they would refund me because it was broken and tech support gave me a new one, but now I see I got charged extra for the broken internet. I have receipts from the agents telling me I would get it and to wait for it and nothing has ever come. I have the emails as well showing the promotion I did. I attached multiple pictures showing the conversations, but when I also go to support requests, they dont show up. I havbe the proof here though. I want to
a) get the gift card that I did the Promotion for and never got
b) I need a refund for the internet that broke, I got double charged.
