I was told that once I received my Internet box for home 5g plus and activated it, I would get a $200 Amazon gift card and a holiday bonus Xbox series x. I got the claim for the gift card and all went well with that, but I never received a claim offer for the Xbox. I activated my Internet around 12/22/23 and received the Amazon claim the next day. When I didn't get the claim for the Xbox I chatted with a representative online and they assured me that my claim would be emailed me in 7-8 days. It's been 9 days now and still no email. I switched my Internet after many years with that provider and although it's a better deal I still would like what I was promised. Not sure where to go from here. I really don't appreciate being promised something to switch and then not getting it. We are not starting off on a very good business relationship.

going through the same thing. They’re now trying to claim that I don’t qualify for it because I placed my order over the phone and not online?? Bogus because that was never in the fine print. They are frauds

I have the same problem. I purchased my internet around that same timeframe and I still have not received anything.

Tge Xbox promotion for switching to Verizon internet is a total rip off. I switched to Verizon on 12/26/23 and STILL have not received it. All I have received are a bunch of conflicting instructions, excuses, and NOW they placed the order for me, it was supposed to be 2 day delivery, and it still hasn't arrived. When I check the status online, for the past 2 weeks it has said "delivery date will be updated soon". TOTAL rip off
