Verizon what is it going to take?  I have had my 5g home internet activated for weeks now but Verizon hasn't kept up with their promise of the free xbox, and amazon and Verizon gift cards. Was I tricked?  I am tired of being given the runaround "check your email, just wait"  I ALREADY  did what I had to. Verizon needs to be held accountable.

I'm still waiting on that email that I was told it would be there, that was 1/20/24.  still got nothing . what's up VERIZON?

Yes,  I’ve looked in the app and using desktop and nothing is there. I signed up for home 5G.

No I did not receive an email. And I dont see it anywhere.  I haven’t gotten anything from Verizon. I ordered it online using my Verizon app.
