I ordered a 5G home internet on 12/31/23. I was promised and Xbox and a 200 dollar amazon card. I activated it on 1/26. I never had an offer show up to redeem either promotion.
I opened a support ticket on the 27th to get info on how to redeem. This has so far gone unanswered.
I called the following day and got a run around from customer service. They said they would escalate and get back to me within seven days.
8 days later with no response I called again. After about five transfers I got someone who really assured me that they would make it right. He said he would discuss it with his manager and would personally call me back within 48 hours.
Turns out he can’t keep a promise either.
This brings me to today, four days after the 48 hour promise. I spent over an hour getting transferred, only to be hung up on when i insisted on a manager.
I then called back and insisted on speaking to a manager right then instead of having the customer service rep go back and forth between us. He said he would call them and try to get them on the line. Well after no surprise they couldn’t get on the line as they were “busy”. He insisted he talked to them and I would receive a phone call by 5 pm eastern time directly from a supervisor.
I sit here writing this at almost 10pm eastern.
I shouldn’t have to chase down a promotion I was promised when I signed up. Seems like this is a common problem, but the fact that there is lie after lie from customer service is atrocious.
Can anybody weigh in on whether they have had luck fixing this and who they needed to talk to?

- I cannot collect my $200 Amazon card either. I've been trying for about 3 weeks, but it seems like the button you click to claim it isn't working, and now today is the deadline to claim it. My X-Box is already on its way, so I don't understand why I can't also claim this as was promised in the advertising.

It seems as the Amazon card has been addressed and it will be a waiting game.
Where do I stand on the Xbox promotion?
