I have no words to describe how unhappy I am with the Verizon internet service it’s slow and the app is buggy, I moved from optimum because I wanted to get the Xbox, 3 months later and several chats with support and many more phone calls I just gave up, they gave me different answers and also told me I am not eligible for what ever reason they didn’t made clear at the time of purchase .
I thought I was the only one this had happened to but now I can see that I’m not.
