This past June 2023 I signed up for home wifi, took home the box and installed it. Kept looking for something on app or email for my free Xbox but app kept saying wifi order was pending even though I was charged for it monthly. Never got anything about the Xbox. Was I taken advantage of? I also upgraded a phone during same transaction.
