I have reached out about missing the promotion which I qualify for 4 times already and have been put on hold for hours each time so far everyone has given me the run around so I’m finally done either give me a code or cancel my service I’m sick of this

I show that we submitted the form and provided you the information that it will now take up to six weeks to receive your Xbox. I also see you acknowledge it as well. Just to confirm again, there is nothing more for you to do on your end other than to wait for the delivery of the Xbox which can take up to six weeks. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I had no clue it was redeemed or anything I don’t even know what address it’s being sent to could you clarify the address? In a private message? Because I never redeemed it personally I had no clue it was even claimed
