Yet Another Problem Getting A $200 Target Gift Card

I bought the home internet from Verizon on 4/9.  The gateway malfunctioned and was replaced on 4/12, which is when service officially began.  I was on the fence about getting it, but the $200 Target gift card offer convinced me to give it a try.  My wife and I specifically asked how and when we would get the card/code.  We've been with Verizon for nearly 24 years, but  had never previously used the app, only the web site, so were concerned that the offer might only briefly pop up as a text, app or web site tile and we might miss it.  Our salesperson assured us it would be sent by EMAIL about 60 days after service started.  To be safe, however, we still started regularly checking the app, texts, emails and spam folders.  In late May, we did a live agent chat with Verizon just to make sure we hadn't missed something.  We were told not to worry, that it hadn't been sent yet as it had only been 45 days.   On June 26, we texted our salesperson and this time he said it would be in the APP, not email.  But it wasn't.  So we opened another chat, and were told the offer would be coming by EMAIL and we were GUARANTEED to get it by July 2.  The agent wrote "you have my word, rest assured."   It didn't come, so I chatted again on July 3rd and was told it was on its way and I would see it by today, and I haven't.  I texted my sales rep again, and he wrote "I'm sorry to hear that".   Anything else I should try?
