Hi, Has anyone had  a problem trying to redeem their exclusive home offer once switching to Verizon home internet.  We have activated and paid our first month bill and are still unable to activate the free Chromebook or NFL ticket offer.  we are able to see it but every time we click on our choice it says Sorry this is unavailable at the moment.  If anyone knows how we can actually move past this and redeem our offer i would greatly appreciate it as it is becoming very irritating at this point.  thank you!
