myQ Video Keypad Connection issue

I have 2 MyQ Video keypads connected to my EERO wireless network. They work fine when my internet connection is going through my old Tmobile 5g Home gateway however when I move the internet over to my new Verizon 5G home gateway in IP Passthrough mode they will no longer connect to the myQ cloud. What in the verizon network is blocking this traffic. As I have said it works fine with my Tmobile internet so I don't want fingers pointed at my WIFI or local network setting please. This is a Verizon issue.

I know how important for all of my devices to work while connected to my home network, Vandivierj. I am here to help. I do want to be transparent with you that the 5G Home service is not compatible with home mesh networks like EERO, so that could cause some issues. What happens if you try to connect the MyQ Video keypads directly to the 5G Home gateway network without the EERO?

I have MyQ video keypad on Verizon 5G and it works just fine here.
Just like the Ring cameras others have issues with, works fine here.
The two things I have done others may have not -
Made sure IPV6 is working on all of my network
Changed the DNS from Verizon to Cloudflare
