no activation link for YouTube TV

I have a home plan that I'm the Account Owner of. My home plan has YouTube TV a part of it, but when I follow instructions to activate, there's a message that I need to ask my Account Owner or Manager to edit perks. Can someone help give me editing access to my account--thanks.  @vzw_customer_support

Thank you for reaching out to us on this platform. We'll be happy to help with your access to the account in order to activate your YouTube TV perk. Please tell us, when you created your My Verizon profile, did you select the role Account Owner or Account Manager (authorized user)?

So I think issue has to do with my One Verizon ID—I was initially added to my family’s mobile account as an Account Member. I just recently signed up for a Home account which I’m the sole Account Owner of. But when I go to the Services & Perks page, it wants to add YouTube TV to my Mobile account rather than my Home. So I already have YouTube TV per my Home plan, but when I go to the YouTube TV tile, it wants me to add it as a new service and tells me the cost will be added to my Mobile bill. There doesn’t seem to be a way to signify that I don’t want to add this service to Mobile and switch to Home,

@vzw_customer_support see above response to your earlier reply. I'm basically expecting to see 'Activate Now' somewhere, but instead it's prompting me to sign up for the service, although I've already signed up for the service via my Home plan.

Hello sadkfjsasdfkjh, we're sorry for the issues you're encountering. Usually if you sign up for any service like YouTube TV require a sign in account. Have you tried to use the sign in information you have for the services?

@vzw_customer_support  I don't understand. I've been logged in to my plan that is signed up for YouTube TV and Internet. I do not currently have a YouTube TV account as I've been waiting to start/activate the account through Verizon.

It would be helpful if I could have step by step instructions for what to do next regarding YouTube TV set up. This is where I'm at:

  1. I signed up for Verizon Internet with an added discount rate for YouTube TV. This is already a part of my plan.
  2. The internet has been active and installed at my home for a week.
  3. For the past week, I've been receiving emails telling me to go to my account and click the the "activate YouTube TV" button. This is where I'm confused. I do not see a button to activate on my account.
  4. If I go to Services > YouTube TV > it says "Get Now" and says it'll add YouTube TV to my bill (this isn't "Activate Now" and seems different from what I should be seeing). There is no indication that it knows I've enrolled in this service.

I'd appreciate a walkthrough of what I'm expected to do to get YouTube TV account and link it to Verizon.
