parental controls

I used to be able to turn on/off certain devices remotely under parental controls.  Now it shows 0 devices.  How can I get that ability back?

Hello, tanks4ntn. Help is here as having access to your parental controls is a must. Just to confirm, are you referencing the Verizon Smart Family application? If yes, please see the link below for the steps to access and manage it.
