i cannot even begin to tell you how many times i have called to have a return box and label sent to me. this is so friggen ridiculous. i canx service back in Feb and i still don't have my return equipment box. i wouldn't have even canx service but there was no verIzon available at my new address - and now after receiving this amazing customer service I'm glad i cancelled service w/your company. SEND ME A RETURN BOX OR JUST GIVE ME THE ADDRESS AND I'LL SEND IT BACK MYSELF......
