where's the info on the gateway? The <setup.verison.com/verisoninternetgateway> link is utter useless as it just refers you to a phone number. I want device info such as bridge, admin rights, IP assignment, etc.

cant find a model number. Basically I just need ya to point me in the right direction for a user manual ... I can figure it out from there. And BTW, while I'm satisfied with the speed of the gateway; however, I'm very unsatisfied with the conflicting instructions and lack of cohesive direction regarding setting up the gateway. The plug and play is a no brainer, but for anything other than that (e.g. how to change I network name, password, use of EERO, direct connections to LAN1 and LAN2 vs. wireless, etc.) I challenge any reasonable person to attempt to follow the info provided (just "plug it in" and "do not plug in" call support first) and get to a reasonable set of details about the gateway WITHOUT being bombarded with ads and unrelated information... or resorting contacting Verizon supports.
I provided an image of the info on the gateway and still waiting for a reply...
