Has anyone recently been able to redeem the Xbox X promo?  I see no tile on my app and have not received any emails detailing how to claim the promo as promised.  I chatted with customer service last week and they said they ran out of xbox's and I would receive an email this week to redeem when they were back in stock.  Surprise, surprise no email.  Judging from the message board I am not alone.  I was planning on moving over my cell phone service as well, but I'm now leaning on cancelling instead.

Update:  I was contacted by a rep on 1/19/24 and told it would be sent to the promotions team for resolution, and promised a reply in 7-8  days.  That time has now elapsed and I continue to get no help with my issue.  Is their plan to get as many of us as possible to run out of our eligibility period so they can simply deny us?  I have read on a few threads that some people have had some success calling but I am unsure of the number to call.  When I ask for a call back through the app they list the router's phone number as the call back number which of course would not work.
