5G Failure

I live in Dallas TX in 75207 zip code. I live in the 1400 block of Hi Line Dr - we get full signal bars at our address as 4G LTE. JUST DOWN THE STREET about the length of a football field we get full 5G signal bars but then they drop off the closer we get to our house. This is not millimeter wave 5G just regular 5G. Is the availability of 5G on handsets based on the handsets geographic location?  Your own coverage map indicates regular 5G is available at my address.
This makes no sense.  Please look into this.

I believe Nationwide 5g is based on your location relative to the towers.  However, I suggest you try this experiment;   go up the street to where your phone says it's receiving 5G signal and do a speed test on your phone;  and then go to your house where it says "4G LTE" and do another speed test;  I'm willing to bet you get better/faster speeds at your home with 4G LTE than you do a block or two away with Nationwide 5G.  If so, be grateful you're not getting 5G at your house.... Nationwide 5G in most places is worse than 4G LTE.

I agree.  The 4g m wife is getting is m9re than 10xs faster.
