I've had Verizon's 5G Internet Box/Cube for about 5 months. Everything was peachy for the first 4 months with absolutely no issues.
Unfortunately the last month has been a nightmare. For some odd reason my Internet Box randomly reboots itself about once every other hour. I've contacted Verizon several times and they seem to have no idea how to fix the problem. I've been shipped (2) replacements, and it's clear that the connection issue isn't within the device it self.
I feel pretty upset, I have Zoom classes that are extremely important and losing a connection in the middle of class is unacceptable.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there something I can do to fix this issue? I'm considering leaving Verizon altogether to go back to Comcast. It would be an easy transition considering Comcast now offers cell phone service.
