5G Mobile and 5G Home have poor reception

Stockton, California here.
For whatever reason, on 7/8/24 around 530pm, 5G went out around a 1.5 mile diameter around my house. I was able to access better reception when going a little further out. Usually happens once a month, and fixes itself within a few hours, but I wake up this morning and still no 5G and my 5G home was slow on the speed at 1 mb/s. I'm now further down California and still no 5G on my phone. I even upgraded to Unlimited Plus today and still at 4G with 1 or 2 bars.
To clarify, it's both mobile and 5G home. And my 2 mobile accounts are both at 1 bar. So it has to be a tower. Please fix this or take away the ninja patch to force everyone to upgrade their phones or their plans. My phones are S20 for the 5G and the S10 for the 4G. I have the new 5G home cube.
I've tried resetting multiple times. Called tech support also. Still nothing. Check your towers.

Hey rjustice209, we definitely want to make sure that you receive the best available service in your area. Please tell us, does service improve when you leave the area? If so, how far do you have to travel before you notice an improvement? How are voice and messaging services working?
