5G Nationwide Plans

I’ve been with Verizon for 16+ years, my family over 20 years. Recently naively believed Verizon’s claims of Nationwide 5G Plans. I’m a disabled, tetraplegic suffering consequentially because of this and now trapped with Verizon for over 2more years paying for lines that have no network and are fortunate to get 1 bar. 90% of the time cellular doesn’t work. 
We move to McAlester, OK which Verizon has NO SERVICE, TOWERS, 5G, INTERNET, NO PLANS, VERIZON HAS NOTHING TO OFFER THERE. But they claim to be 5G Nationwide when I went into this 36mos. “Contract type plan.” And now I cannot add a line and it costs over $60+ for a single line & this is causing medically problematic issue and Verizon doesn’t care if you move and they’re not there. They just want their money. 

HELP! I’ve spent endless hours on the phone with Verizon, spoken to multiple departments, supervisors and they all say the thing and cannot help me.

• Ive been faithful to Verizon and never once thought about switching to another company. Now I cannot wait more than ever to leave Verizon and if I can help it, NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN and relay to my children and grandchildren never ever use Verizon no matter what!!!
