I think I'm done. 6 hours of basically getting bounced around by chat and then service technicians where I'm asked to do the same thing over and over with no real resolution. 5G in my area is bad (central NY) enough and now the most recent Pixel software update removed the ability to use LTE only. So my phone basically drops calls and data constantly while driving around my area. I can't pay these types of prices for this kind of service.

I have a similar post going on as well, but anyways on the pixels in the settings menu, does it have a setting that says Mobile Network? If you click on that it and scroll down it may show a setting that states preferred network 5G or ...
That would be my best guess of how you can limit the phone to LTE. I am sorry I can't provide much more help as I am not familiar with the pixel phones nor have much experience in this issue.

Unfortunately they removed the ability to pick your preferred network in the June 2023 Pixel update. So I'm stuck watching it flip between networks while my calls are dropping.
