5G flipping to LTE over the past 24 hours

I am in the Albany, NY area, using a month-old Pixel 7 Pro.

Since setting up the phone, I have always had a 5G connection at my house. Yesterday evening, when traveling up the NYS Thruway from Poughkeepsie back to Albany, I noticed the phone was consistently switching between 5G, LTE and No Service (although the no service periods were very brief).

Now back in the Albany, NY area, the phone is still flipping between 5G and LTE. I called Verizon Wireless and they are not aware of any cell tower issues.

I have rebooted the phone (twice) and reset network settings (twice). Issue is still present.

Is anyone else seeing this?
