I am in Peoria, Az (85383). Since Friday mid morning, our data on our phones as well as the 5g home internet has been extremely slow. I chatted with customer service and was told there was no outage but there is a cdma change in my area that will last up to 24 hours. It’s now been 2 days an the service is not better. Current download speed on my 5g data is 0.52mbps. I can’t download pictures or videos in texts and websites are taking so long to open that they time out.
I work from home so this super slow internet is not acceptable. My neighbors have Verizon and said their data is also very slow since Friday. When will this be fixed?
