I'm trying to get 5g home internet service to my apartment. We live in a apartment complex with 6 separate buildings and the building 1,000 ft away from ours has 5g internet availability but ours is showing that we're not able to get it. I'm very frustrated that no one from verizon is able to help or call someone who installed the 5g internet. they use the same online search feature and nothing more is done. what more can i do?
