Where I live service was spotty before but nothing I couldn't work around. Now that there is 5g in my area, I get horrible reception! Constant dropped calls and my phone at any given time will just say "SOS" in the top right corner.
If at anytime my phone says 5g, I have NO SERVICE. My phone calls drop, text will not go through. This happens MULTIPLE times a day. I am paying for services that I can not use. Before 5g here I could make and receive calls INSIDE my home, now I have to go stand out in my yard and then hope it doesn't pick up 5g because my call will most definitely drop. My local verizon store is no help. They did a transfer and reset of my Iphone and informed me I may have to do the same when I got home. I did and this still has not helped.
I am tired of paying for a service I cant fully use!!

If you can, try turning off the 5G connection and restrict it to 4G LTE until the network is built out more completely.
