5g not working since oct 28th solar flare

cant get thru to anyone at verizon. 5g doesnt work anymore in the 84070 zip code area. i know there was a huge solar flare oct. 28th 2021 and thats time 5g stopped working on my phone in this area. is there a damaged tower? can anyone from verizon respond to this?
