Verizon states 5G is the best fastest everything up until all this 5g i never Had a problem now no service calls dropped slow connection no connection I would say someone is playing their customers. I herd they are tethering which is a big concern someone has to get involved and do something about this

If your SIM or eSIM is old, try getting a new one. Someone with Verizon may also need to reprovision your account so your device(s) know to use all the available spectrum. If your device is a few years old...maybe it doesn't support 5G, or does not support the spectrum Verizon uses for 5G?
