*67 not working on 5g android (oneplus 8T)

When I try to use *67 I receive a "invalid number format (incomplete number)" error. Did not have this issue with my 4G Oneplus 6T.

Is this a 5G bug, or is there a different way to block outbound caller ID on 5G SIM cards?
