Gold Canyon, AZ non-existent service on the weekends.
A lot of people in the area get no 5G service and barely any bars on 4G while the stupid Rennaissance Festival is going on here. Or that is the excuse verizon has given people reporting it.
As a long time customer this is completely unacceptable. Not comforting to know if I have an emergency I have no cell service.
It's totally a verizon issue as I also have an AT&T work phone and it's never off the 5G.

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G. I have reset my network settings 20 times today. It's not my phone, it's your terrible network. This phone isn't even a year old. I have family members 3 streets over encountering same thing on their verizon phones. I have been a longtime customer.

Here I am another weekend I have no cell service....your network is overloaded out here and I'm sick of paying for premium account and dealing with this! This started beginning of February...when more people are out there for the stupid ren festival. I am looking at another provider if this lack of service continues.

And I found out today (3/4/23) I missed an emergency call from my parents today - so this is completely unacceptable! At this point I am now having to look into getting a landline because I cannot rely on your service. I have been with you many years and feel totally crapped upon.

It seems obvious after years of being ignored that Verizon has ZERO plans on improving service in Gold Canyon. Our internet goes out several times EVERY day. No 5g anywhere and as a matter of fact we don't even have cell coverage on HWY 60 in parts GC.

I know I would share some concerns if my internet was going out several times each day, ezlimiz. It is certainly not our intention to have you feeling ignored, and we are here to help. You mention that this issue has been ongoing for years; can you think back to when this issue first started happening? How far away from the location must you travel before service improves? Can you share some cross streets there where the issue seems to be the worst?
