Has anyone had issues when they sign into their account with privacy issues?
For instance, when you maybe just sign in to look at the different plans, consider phones, or just run numbers by putting phones and plans together to see what it would cost? Without asking or allowing chat, text or calling for assistance.
But then later, get a callback from Verizon knowing exactly what you looked at and in message I received saying “we noticed that you were looking at” then “we want to see what the best deal and option for you” ! Is not against Privacy Laws? So we have any Privacy Law's or Rights anymore? @Anonymous #Privacy
I’ve always been able to look at my account without all this before! What happened! I haven’t given them any extra permission to look at my account and see what I look at on my Verizon!
