In August I signed up for 5g home internet with the acp discount. I was told it would be 30 days free of charge and after the 30 days it would $20 dollars a month. I have screenshots of the conversation when I signed up. September they charged me $187. I tried contacting someone to resolve the issue and they told me sorry you were misinformed. I payed the first $80 bc I desperately needed internet for school and no one would help me in store. I contacted someone again about it and again I was told you still have to pay the balance since you used the service. I was told they don't do 30 days free of charge and they don't have any $20 dollar plans. I was also told the acp is not reflected on my account eventhough last month I was told it was and she would make note of it. How is that my fault? Why am I paying the price for a mistake of your employees? I really need this resolved. Has anyone had this issue? Can anyone at Verizon help me? I need my acct credited or a refund. Something not just an oh well!
