Call dropping and caller can't hear me

I have a Samsung S23 Ultra. I have been experiencing issues with calls for a week and half now. I have done network reset, changed SIM, WiFi calling, Safe mode and nothing has worked. I was told that  Verizon was updating their towers and some SIM where having issues that why the changed my SIMs and still having the same issue. Has anyone gotten this issue fixed if so how?

I am located in Irving, TX. The calls will not connect, the callers can not hear me if they connect. Sometimes if the calls connects and the callers hears me after a few seconds the caller is not able to hear me anymore.
