In the last month or so I've noticed a sharp decline in network performance. The worse is when I connect to Bluetooth in the car. It's like my entire phone signal just drops for several minutes. I'm in Charlotte, NC area code 28202 and I have an iPhone 14 Pro running the latest iOS so this should absolutely not be an issue.

Hello, Username80, I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues with your service. You mentioned a drop in service when connecting to your car. Is this the only time this happens? You mentioned signal drops for a few minutes. Does service come back after a few minutes? Do you recall any changes just before you noticed issues with service?

Hi Lauren - when it totally drops is when I connect to Bluetooth. Usually in the car, but sometimes also with AirPods. Eventually the signal comes back after a few minutes, usually when Iโve moved (driven away).
However Iโve also noticed a sharp reduction in cellular coverage in general. My phone will randomly have one small bar for signal. Iโve tried restarting my phone when either of these issues occur but that doesnโt fix it.
The only changes will be if I open a program like Google Maps, but it can happen when I unlock my phone any time.
