My service is on SOS for the 3rd time this week. At first I thought it was the storm. Now I am considering changing my carrier. No other carrier is having this issue in my neighborhood.

Precious129, we know how important it is to be able to use your device when you need it and we are concerned to see you are experiencing this issue multiple times. What type device are you having this issue with? What troubleshooting steps, if any, have been completed on your device? Have any of the steps helped to restore service, even if temporarily? Is your device on the most recent software?
