Coverage worse

My signal bars is two. With WiFi calling on. 

I have troubleshooter my Apple 14 plus, with Apple just today.  Everything on my phone is good, but all low signal points to Verizon. 
maybe I need to quit giving one more chance to Verizon!  
they continue to gaslight me, making me think I’m the problem.  No, I’m not the problem.

My LTE network extender was delivered yesterday. This is my third device I had request since my poor connectivity became unavoidable.  That was three weeks ago. The tech rep failed to ship it and/have the device approved, so I waited five days.  Called back.

No call notes were added about my device ordered or shipped. Verizon seems to be all about “giving one more chance!” 30 chances ago.  I called Apple Support. My phone is fine. All the troubleshooting is fine on my phone. 
it’s all pointed to Verizon. 
so I call Verizon’s corporate headquarters in New Jersey. Would you know there calls bring me right back to the Verizon assistant?

I talk to Jeff, who is an offshore tech rep, who asks for one more chance.  Sure, he does!  
He tells me that my area is experiencing an outage!  I immediately check the Verizon app, under check network status!  There’s no outage in my area.   Hmmm!

Rinse, lather, repeat.
