I have the ultimate an, I paid through the next month yet my phone is still disconnected.  It has been hours.  I'm going to change providers if I don't receive service ASAP.  The support phone line and virtual assistant have wasted hours of time.  Not pleased.

Still no service or response 24hrs later.  Calling TMobile in the AM.
