The coverage at Fort Hill Drive in Richmond, VA is terrible. The calls can't connect, they drop and the connected calls break up and eventual drop. What's going on there? That area is supposed to have national 5G? You only get 1 bar when in that area.
We're terribly sorry for the issues you're having in the area. Do these issues happen indoors or outdoors? Are you the only person having this issue? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps while you're in the area?
