So I got Verizon 5g for my home on October 26 that was supposed to give me a promotion for a HomePod or 200.00 gift card. After not receiving sn email to redeem, I contacted customer service. Fast forward to January 8 and I get an email saying due to a system error, I will be getting a $333.00 Verizon gift card with an email to redeem. It is not February 8, so I once again call and am told to wait another 4 weeks. I donโt know what I have to do to get this issue resolved.

we signed up for Verizon Internet, October 23, 2023 and opted for the Apple HomePod. It wasnโt until I called to inquire that I was told the promotion had a glitch and we would be receiving a gift card were $333 instead that was 1 February. They told me to wait for the email with information on how to claim the gift card which finally came but the MTN for the device is not recognized by Verizon. Iโve called customer service twice wasting about an hour and 45 minutes of my time. They said to try again today so I did And itโs still not working.
