Horrible Coverage Since Moving to Our New Home

I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20 years and since moving to our new home the coverage has been terrible! We can’t hold phone conversations with anyone! What if it’s an emergency and we need to call 911???

I’ve tried talking to customer Sevice with no avail. They try to blame our phone which doesn’t make sense because I have an iPhone and my husband a Samsung, yet we have the SAME issue. We have a friend visiting on AT&T and they have no issues.
