My 5g service is terrible. I live in a rural area near a small town and my phone is constantly in 5g with one bar which doesn't work until it finally fails over to the 4g network and everything is fine. I have attempted to contact customer support twice with this issue and on the second call was escalated to technical support who did not know the specifics of my Samsung S21 phone well enough to understand or troubleshoot the problem. The technician attempted to call me on my landline so that we could be connected while I made changes but was unable to complete the connection on my verizon Fios line. I need this issue escalated and a solution to be provided that will allow me to disable 5g on demand. Please contact me to provide assistance, thank you.
