Is Verizon ever going to deal with the 5G connection issue?

Will Verizon ever address the obvious and known 5G connection issues?

I work in a town where there is a Verizon owned 5G tower right outside my office, BUT the entire town has an issue where our phones (no matter what the make or model is) will suddenly show 5G full bars, instead of 5Glte full bars. 

Whenever the phones show only 5G with full bars, it means the user will not be able to access any type of internet connection. This issue is completely sporadic, but happens EVERY SINGLE DAY. One minute I will be putting something in Google Maps so I can start my travels, the next minute Google has no idea where I am and I'm now lost for the next 10 minutes until I have internet again. 

This tower never had issues when it was still a 4G tower. This is unbelievably frustrating.

Hello,

I am in the affected area everyday from 8:30AM - 4:30PM and the issue is daily, so I would love to look into it anytime.
